My Goals:
To fit into my clothes again. T-shirts and jeans gets old!



My Program:
Running, karate and strength training.

I will move my body for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.

I will drink my tons of water each day.

Eat healthier to start, gradually making portions smaller.

Personal Information:
I'm in Orange County, California and am happily married with 2 kids and a beautiful dumb dog that I can't train to run with me because she pulls and pulls.

I like Coors Light way too much and have decided that will have to go on the back burner except for special occasions for awhile.

Other Information:
I enjoy my family, games, puzzles, music, movies and tv (the latter 2 get me in trouble once in a while). I really like junk and fast food, but it makes me feel like crap. I also like good food but it's harder work. I'm working on those issues!

Hey, thanks for stopping by my spark page.
Wallowing is hard not to do and sometimes it just snowballs.
We've all been there and the longer it "wallows", the harder it is to get out.
Been there, done that - repeat that phrase a zillion times.
But, I really believe that we are works in process - and sometimes, we digress.
Dig yourself out, lady...hang in and always, always look at the glass half full.
We have to be good to ourselves, you know?
