My Goals:
To fit into my clothes again. T-shirts and jeans gets old!



My Program:
Running, karate and strength training.

I will move my body for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.

I will drink my tons of water each day.

Eat healthier to start, gradually making portions smaller.

Personal Information:
I'm in Orange County, California and am happily married with 2 kids and a beautiful dumb dog that I can't train to run with me because she pulls and pulls.

I like Coors Light way too much and have decided that will have to go on the back burner except for special occasions for awhile.

Other Information:
I enjoy my family, games, puzzles, music, movies and tv (the latter 2 get me in trouble once in a while). I really like junk and fast food, but it makes me feel like crap. I also like good food but it's harder work. I'm working on those issues!

hey girl how's the motivation coming along? i see that you have some great people bring motivation to your page... i love those sayings below...

i'm doing better on the food but i really need a kick in the butt to get up and exercise... i am drowning in the mudhole of laziness!!!! lol...
