On another adventure...

Even though I am losing slowly, I am learning a lot! I am learning to overcome my own fears and build success in an area of my life which will lead to a better health! It's an adventure because all of life is! Joining a team has made all the difference for my progress. The challenge to have 1000 fitness minutes each month this summer is great!!

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthier by the end of the summer of 2012. Along with that I would like to exercise regularly and eat healthier.

8/12- Be near 220.
12/12- be near 200.



My Program:
I use the food tracker daily.

I use the fitness tracker daily.

I try to challenge myself in different areas.



I lost double the weight when I started consistently tracking my food and exercise from .6 to 1.2 weekly.

4/2012-Start training for the half-marathon.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results!

Hoping you had a great week ... and a great weekend too. This next week ... Turkey week ... will be a challenge. But ... we are Team Chanel ... and we will "Fashion" our holiday with healthy things ... we will "Dress" our foods with delicious choices ...

Errr ... ok, I was really trying to have good healthy puns .... but nope...they kinda sucked! Heh.

I saw your comment on the Chanel forum .. about the busy-ness of the teacher.

Solution - just give em all A's and send them home...then you can have more time for writing and planks!

hehe ... just kidding. I say, fit in what you can ... and maybe just a teensy bit more.

At any rate, just keep trying ... and yahhhh our team! (Well, yeah to Armani team too ... just don't tell them I said that heh.)
