I would like to achieve a healthy weight. I am tired of being heavy. I'm tired of having only dowdy clothes available to me at an economical price. I'm tired of casting shade for thin people to relax in!
I've already been bellydancing for 9 years. Apparently it isn't enough. I started taking jazz class to go with it and have gotten interested in yoga. I'm thinking now of taking a beginner tap class. I guess it's safe to say that I love to dance.
I'm from a small rural town in the eastern north central USA. Gyms are not really an option in this area but luckily I work in a cafe that offers dance classes upstairs.
I have GERD and IBS. First day here I am feeling the burn of the tacos we had last night for supper. I've been tested and found to have borderline psedotumor (it affects eyesight and is found most commonly in women in their 30's and that are overweight.) I have mild osteo arthritis. Weight loss can only help all of that and is one of my main motivators.
Oh yea, I love to sail and I love going on cruises!
