Rockin' a berry green smoothie. Noms: 1c.spinach, 1/2c.frozen blueberries, 1/2c.frozen cranberries, 1ripe banana, 1/2c. milk, 2tbsp old fashioned oats, 1tbsp splenda. Blend & enjoy! ;-)
