I am a proud single mother of three wonderful kids (Travis-12yr, Marissa-5yrs, and Justice-2yrs) . I am a resent graduate of vo-tech. I now am a register medical assistent. I have tryed and tryed again to lose weight so i finally gave up until the doctor did some x-rays on my back (i thought it was just pulled muscles) come to find out i have orthoathritis in my spinal cord, and my joints were deterarating at an amasing rate for my age, and bone spears on T8-T12. The doctor said that my joints will be totally gone by the time i reach 40 if i dont do something. So i desided that i didnt want to be a crippled mother. My goal is to get to under 200lbs.
