I guess I would just like to make progress for a change! Actually lose weight and feel comfortable in my own skin. Hey, maybe even wear shorts this summer!
I have started to work toward a healthy hormone balance including green supplements and lots of fresh greens. I am also trying the Sugar Busters system as I have issues with blood sugar and such. And last, but not least, I am trying to exercise 20 minutes per day. I am hopeful that this will finally break a long overdue and painful cycle of weight gain. Fingers crossed!
