I am still here! I didn't utilize sparkpeople for a while, but I really love being able to log my food and exercise :)
I am right back where I started as far as my weight loss goes...I was sick last year and lost weight really quickly, then I slacked off for a while and slowly gained some back. Then around november I tried to get myself motivated to lose the weight for my 30th birthday and instead packed on 15lbs! So I got to my highest weight ever and now I know I need to be focused to get this off. I am workin on refining my eating and working out program. I am training for my first 5k, and am really excited about it!

My Goals:
I am 5'3 so when I entered my weight in I was officially "Obese!"....Needless to say I was shocked. So my goal is to get to a healthy BMI. I am going to work on 5lb increments and give myself a reward :) Along the way I want to improve my quality of life: exercise more, cultivate a love of running, eat healthier ( I love to cook already, its just a matter of tweaking thing to a little more healthy) and feel confident about my appearance.


My Program:
1. Track Calories eaten
2. Track Exercise
3. 30-45 min of cardio at least 3 times a week, up to 5
4. Weight Train at least 2 times a week up to 4
5. Eight glasses of water a day
6. Eat my fruits and Veggies, 5 servings a day
7. Get my fiber in!



Personal Information:
I am a homeschooling mother of three. I love hanging out with my family, and reading a good book.


Other Information:
Love my husband and kids :) Stay busy at home and with my kids and husband and also spend alot of time with my mom and siblings :) Live in a small town and love it! I love going to the library, walking by the river, going camping with my family and trying out things with my mom! Planning on doing a square foot garden this year in hopes that I can do better than last year!
