Determined Spark

I was always thin when younger and put on the pounds in a past relationship and haven't been able to shed them since. I'm a yo-yo-er and I get close to shedding them and then wammy...you know how it works. I would love to be able to keep my newly found determination going and live a healthy, active lifestyle
