I am a registered cardiology and polysomnographic technologist. At 5'6 and 165lbs I decided it's time to start and think about my health once again. Ideally I'd like to get back down to 145lbs. I am both comfortable and healthy at that weight.

Originally from Cape Breton Island; currently living in Ontario. I am getting married in October of 2013 :)

My Goals:
I'm comfortable at 145lbs so that is where I am trying to get at :)

My Program:
Im starting small. My biggest goal was sticking to a 'Low Intake' diet. However since injuring my knee I have gotten into the routine and I am doing great diet wise :) Once my knee is healed I plan on getting active again ! I love hiking, biking, swimming, and the gym !

Personal Information:
I am originally from Cape Breton Island , and currently living in Owen Sound Ontario. I will always be a Caper at heart. I am getting married October 5, 2013 at Casa Loma in Toronto.

hey! I just saw your comment in the brides and grooms to be, Im a toronto bride as well! Casa Loma is BEAUTIFUL!!! Congrats on such a great venue! we are using the Arts and Letters club downtown. I am also the same size/have the same weight goal for our wedding. Good luck on your journey and have fun with your wedding planning!
