My Goals:
My goal right now is to get under 200lbs. I will be so grateful for that. After that, just continue to drop the lbs. I would love to fit into a size 12 in pants again.

My Program:
 Right now I am walking/jogging. I am trying my best.


Other Information:
 I love to read, watch movies, take pictures, go for long drives. Hiking has become a new interest for me. Most of the time i just go with the flow. I am usually up for anything.

Glad that you enjoyed the goodie! Sounds like your year will be wonderful and you have so much to plan/do ... so much to be getting healthy for! You will have to keep me posted on how things are going!

My daughter will be graduating HS this year ... and she is looking at colleges. She is still acting with the theatre group . . . we are looking forward to her next show which will be in February - 'Peter Pan' and ... she is Wendy! That is keeping us busy right now.

hola hermanita. thanks for the water bottle....! Yeah, while the body is still not feeling 100% great, I keep on running....there's a lot going on in my world, some not good, some uncertain, but I count my blessings, yeah? Life goes on whether we are ready for it to or not, so I have to keep running along with it!
