Welcome to the Weekly Challenge Team. I'm singing a song of joy that you have joined our team. emoticon   We look forward to seeing you often in our ROLL CALL thread where you will meet some friendly and comforting members. emoticon    We would love to try to answer any questions, emoticon   encourage your successes emoticon Or help you with your trials. Or just come by to say hello. Many of us answer each member who posts to the ROLL CALL, but it is not necessary  to do so. emoticon Some of us just like to tell about our day. I think you will like it. It would be awesome if I could assist you on your journey to a new you.  emoticon

Hi Melissa! Thanks for your comments on my SparkPage, I had to deal with the same way of thinking again this brutal winter. I would lose some weight and then lose my motivation and then gain it back. I stopped focusing on the scale and just kept working at improving my habits more, watching my calories and working out consistently. I'm trying to use the sticker system on the calendar to keep track of my workouts, so far it's helping!

The lesson I've learned is to never give up! It's not a race, but a lifestyle change. emoticon emoticon

    Hi Melissa

Good to see you back on here racking up the activity minutes! I am trying too.....again :-)

Its just too cold and this winter has been too long, looking forward to taking my workouts/walks outside real soon.

My latest thing is xBox Zumba.....lots of fun. I'm trying to incorporate more strength workouts as the big 5-0 approaches in April emoticon

Keep up the good work! emoticon
