I have not slipped for more then a few days since september of last year on my plan. I actually started my New Life plan in October. I have altered it sometimes to help keep me on track. I do not know if I would start over or not if I messed up for more then a few days , I might. I record my journey as a blog for self strength and am glad it helps you sometimes too. 1920 days ago

Hey thanks for the check in. I am really focusing on my eating this week. My bf and I made a pact not to eat out this week, plus we want to save money. I start out strong at the beginning of week with my exercise then starting Thursday it dies but I am going to change that this week!
