My Goals:
Goals for March:
1. Eat more veggies... Lunch and Dinner
2. Smaller, later breakfast
3. Some sort of exercise every day!



My Program:
Watching what I eat and going to the gym four times a week. Cardio for 40 minutes and Weights for 20 minutes.

Personal Information:
I live in the Dallas area but am originally from the Midwest. I am happily married with two great teenage sons. How do I stay away from all that food we have!!

Other Information:
I love to read, garden and scrapbook. And I tolerate working out.

Oh no Melissa, I'm doing terrible with my weight loss anyway. What I meant to say was I've gained back all I lost, plus more!!! So, I've got to start over!!! Ah well, such is life. Hopefully I'll learn this time!!!
