My overall goal is to lose 80 lbs. and get in shape. I want to feel good about myself. I want to feel strong - I want to be in control of my life - not food controlling me! I want to enjoy life!!!!
Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Cardio and Weight Lifting 5 times a week. Walk daily. Eat smarter -3 healthy meals & 2 snacks. Eat quality foods not junk and fast foods.
