Does this layout make me look fat?

I keep going up and down the scale. I'm currently up... WAY up. I've finaally realized that diet alone isn't going to cut it. I've got to exercise and get fit. Its about more than losing weight this time. I want to be strong and energetic. I want to live to 100 and feel AWESOME the whole time.

There's a team called Victoriaís Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of the VS team is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

DON"T JUMP ON THE SCALE UNTIL THURSDAY!!!! =) I peeked today. Bad me! I have lost nothing since last thursday, but I lost two inches. Yay! Train up hard for that 5k! Lets compare our times for the 5k and who ever "wins" gets some type of social reward on the "other" site we frequent. We could do this every two weeks or two months. you pick. LOL This could get good!

How is it going girl?????!!!! I SO need some moto to work out tonight. 30 min on the tredmill and 40 min with weights. AHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGG!!!
I bet you will still kik my ass on the 5k.

Also: I need new walking shoes. Do you have any advice?

LOL!! "who's the fat girl?" OMG that is what I said after I saw the pics when I went out with Jen. I was CRYING!!! We looked at them and I was trying so hard not to cry in front of Jen. I didn't want to ruien her night or morning. Thre were a FEW that came out ok, and I KNOW the camera adds pounds, but I looked like a drunk lard bucket!!!

On April 1st. I am doing a e-5k with one of the groups April Fool's Virtual 5K. Look it up on my page. I walk 4 miles one day, then 2.1 the next day and then weights the next, that's my plan. It's a lot to start with, but I have the time right now.

The 5-k is 3.1 miles and we are going to post our times on the team thread. Wanna do it? I am going to bust my ass trying to get a good time. ;) Online drinking parties and NOW online walks. How cool would that be?
