MAKING ME IMPORTANT
I,MELISSA commit to the following, knowing that making myself important not only helps me succeed in my weight loss/health/fitness goals, but helps me help others better. I have commited to doing the following:
FITNESS: 50 minutes each day, run 3 days
NUTRITION: stay under 1400 calories & track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth
WATER: 80 oz a daliy
REFLECTION: reading bible and praying daliy
SLEEP: 7 hours nightly
I CAN DO THIS, I WILL DO THIS...IT IS ALREADY DONE!!!
If you’re walking down a set of stairs and you slip on a stair, you get up and continue your walk down. You would never get up and then throw yourself down the rest of the stairs. If you've "fallen" lately, now's the time to get up, forgive yourself, and move on!!!!

Psychologists often cite procrastination as a mechanism for coping with the anxiety associated with starting or completing any task or decision." I am a perfect example of Procrastination. I have read and read and read about with it take to lose weight and get fit. It is NOW time for me to get up and move. Of all the things I have read the one thing I know is you must MOVE and EAT with a purpose.
Ask yourself these 3 questions:
1) Why are you overweight?
2) Why do you want to lose weight?
3) Why have you been unable to maintain weightloss in the past?

I am worth it. There is only one of me and God will not give me a replacement or a do over. I will lose the weight and keep it off!!!
