Hi I am a 36 yo, mother of 3. I have been happily married for 18 years. I signed up for Sparkpeople years ago but have yet to do anything about my weight. I have said over and over that I was going to do it but never have. The only support I have for this at home is my youngest daughter as my oldest two have moved on. Hi I am a 36 yo, mother of 3. I have been happily married for 18 years. I signed up for Sparkpeople years ago but have yet to do anything about my weight. I have said over and over that I was going to do it but never have. The only support I have for this at home is my youngest daughter as my oldest two have moved on. My husband could care less if he is helping me gain weight by insisting that junk food be bought. Well as of today, I am am disabled from fibromyalgia, myoclonus, plantar faciatis and am bi polar. My eating habits and by being overweight have started me on a course that I never wanted to be on. As I sit here, I want so bad to stick with this commitment and loose weight to make myself healthy. I hope that I can find people here that, along with my daughter will be the support that I know I will need in order to get healthy.

I started today by doing a 8 minute workout video and will continue to follow the 4 week plan as outlined on Sparkpeople.

Looking forward to setting and accoplishing goals together...

Make each day a "ME" "ME" Day....
The day YOU are going to stay within your portions!
The day YOU are going to get up and excercise NO MATTER WHAT!!
The day YOU are going to do something nice for yourself, because you were 100% and YOU deserve it!!!

If we as women do not put ourself FIRST...we can not function at our BEST as mothers.....wives....sisters.....friends!

We owe it to our family to have a "ME" "ME" day!!
