Woman Refocused

I am a wife and mom to two young boys. I lost over 40 pounds two years ago on another program that I still participate in but I find myself losing my drive on it. I thought I would give Spark a try to help me refocus and meet other people in the area since I have recently moved to the area.

My Goals:
I want to keep focused every day with my nutrition by using my tracker for every bite I take. I also have a weight loss goal to loos 12-15 pounds.

My Program:
I workout 5 to 6 days a week. On M W F I do different cardio for 40-60 minutes and then a strength training routine. On T TH S I run. I'm currently training for two 1/2 marathons this summer.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mom. We have moved three times in the past 5 years so there has been a lot of changes in our lives. Running has helped deal with the stress and manage my weight.

Other Information:
I am a social person and I really thrive on frienships and activity.
