I am out of shape weak and everything aches. I want to be healthy and fit. I am into organic foods and I try hard to eat pure and natural foods most of the time. I am trying to eat beef porc and lamb as little as possible. My goal is to eat it only 2 times a month. I don't use my microwave anymore because it destroyes a lot of vitamins in food and it's an unhealthy way to cook and warm up food. I am also trying to limit my sugar intake.

My Program:
Getting closer to a VEGAN diet. Removing sugar from my diet.

I walk/run but my plan is to run more and walk less.

I have a hard time combining diet, cardio and strength training so I will start ST when I am almost at Goal weight.

Personal Information:
I was born in Greece, Athens. Came to Canada when I was 12 years old. I now live in Montreal Canada. Happilly married to the love of my life and best friend with 3 amazing kids and a huge Golden retriever :)
