A Happy New Life
Recent Update: 9/24 Moved back to NH. Boyfriend moves back to Brooklyn. 11/20 Boyfriend of 16 months broke it off. Sad at first, (instead of stuffing my face, my reaction was to go for a run. Progress!) What a boob. I shall be known as "the one that got away." ;-) Going to the gym. Eating better/well. Working, and doing my best to enjoy it. Doing happy spa treatments and treating myself right. Getting my hair did. Being social. Learning to love ...

My Goals:
~lose about 40-50 lbs ~feel more confident ~get super healthy ~become stronger ~do some sweet, sweet hiking this summer (and have it not be super hard.) ~look and feel curvy and hot in a two piece suit (at least by the end of the summer!) ~get a belly-dancer's body (Bozenka...le sigh.) Those curves are LUSCIOUS. :-) ~Actually learn how to belly dance. ~eat slower, concentrate on the process of eating, and enjoy it (i tend to scarf things down.) ~Climb the elevator shaft at Vertical Dreams.
My Program:
Eat well, eat slower and enjoy, exercise, keeping track of everything/keeping myself accountable!
Personal Information:
I am a 25 year old young lady who has always dealt with weight issues. I am over the fact that I will never be skinny, and just hope to be happier and healthier. I love reading historical romance novels, watching and collecting movies, playing outside, loving on my animals, and being with the people I love (friends and family!)
Other Information:
I always ate my veggies as a kid. I loved them and still do. :-) I taught myself to wiggle my ears. I'm very proud to be in the redhead family. :-)
