Get up and dust yourself off

I've had a lot of reminders of how being healthy is a life time goal. Getting off track implies that I can get back on track, so here I go! I do a pretty good job of staying positive and hope to inspire others to not give up on their healthy goals.

DON'T BE DISCOURAGED. I WAS 199 LAST MAY. AS OF TODAY, I HAVE LOST 34 POUNDS. IF I WOULD HAVE STUCK TO THE PLAN & DO ALL I BE DOING, I WOULD BE AT MY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL. JUST HANG IN THERE. EACH DAY IS A NEW DAY TO DO BETTER. emoticon

Hello My Friend!! I have been off course and out of touch these past several months - so I'm checking on everyone now that I'm back....looks like LOTS has been happening in your world. Awesome weightloss and a new man!! WooHoo - I am so happy for you on BOTH counts!! I allowed myself to gain 20 pounds in the past year - so now I'm back on track and ready to get rid of it.....AGAIN!!
