From "Lumpy to Lean" and the journey in between!

2012 was a very hard year for me. I gained a lot of weight for my frame and was heavier than I had ever been! In the last few months I have found a motivation and drive for losing the weight that I never knew I had in me.

I have a trip planned in March that requires that I get into a bikini so it is really important to me to be down to my goal weight by Feb! I am on a mission to get back down to my goal weight of 125lbs! Which is only 12 lbs away ! I know I can do it since I have ...

My Goals:
I would like to continue to eat healthy foods and limit the processed foods in my diet.

I would like to go to the gym at least 6 times per week.

I would like to lose 12 lbs to get to my previous weight and feel better.

My Program:
I plan on drinking 5-6 glasses of water per day minimum.

Taking my lunch everyday.

Limiting my TV to 7 hours per week! (i'm a netflix/ hulu junkie!)

Going to the gym for a minimum of 45 mins/ 5 x per week.

Personal Information:
I live in Portland, OR. I am in love with all the yummy food, wine and beer available locally and am working on balancing my love for those with a new love for the gym!

Other Information:
I love scary books and movies. Anything by Stephen King is good for me!
