I am new to this. I have always been pretty active, and while I've never been happy with my body, I haven't always been overweight. I've only recently seemed to have packed on about 15 pounds and it's killing me. The extra weight has to go. It's summer, and there's no way I'm sportin my bikini in this body. I'm also getting married in September, and I want to be a beautiful, sexy bride. So I'm up for the challenge. I know I can do this and reach my goal weight.
