To stay at 127lbs or thereabouts, keep up the exercise, and to improve my health generally.

My Program:
Weighing myself at least once a week to make sure I'm maintaining my weight at a healthy level.

Trying to walk for at least half an hour a day six days a week, and to build up my strength and get a little toned.
