My Goals:
To stay at 127lbs or thereabouts, keep up the exercise, and to improve my health generally.
My Program:
Logging my food every day to keep myself (mostly !) making smart choices. Trying to walk for at least half an hour a day six days a week, and to build up my strength and get a little toned.
