A Journey to Better Health: One day at a time!

This is my attempt to hold myself accountable and finally get healthy. I keep making excuses for why I don't have time to exercise or why I can't eat right. Enough is enough, I've got to take action because I won't magically lose weight overnight! (although that's the preferred method!)
