Hi! I'm Melissa. I'm 39 and a mother of two. My husband and I are currently doing P90X. For years, I have tried to be as healthy as I can be although I'm not always perfect. I have been successful in the past several years in shedding some pounds and getting stronger and fitter. Currently, my goal is to be toned and for once in my life, to have flat, toned abs.
