Journey to a Healthier Me

I began in May, 2010 trying to actively improve my health and lose weight. Since then I've lost 35 pounds and 12% body fat. New goals are to sustain/maintain weightloss and increase fitness including decreasing body fat to 20-22%.

My Goals:
Maintain 35 pounds weight loss for one year--date for goal 10/2011. Decrease body fat from 26-27% to 18-20%.

My Program:
Lost weight through Weight Watchers and now a Lifetime Member on maintanence. Using New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women to meet fitness goals.
