My Goals:
My goal is to go from my current weight of 187 to 130 lbs. by May 31st of 2007.

My Program:
The hardest thing that I am doing is giving up alcohol. I didnt drink often but when I did I did alot.

I am doing cardio 30 min 5 x''s a week, strength training 30 min 3 x''s a week.

Eating balanced meals and healthy snacks

NOT BINGE EATING!

Personal Information:
I am 29 years old, soon to turn 30. I live in the Mid-West and have 2 beautiful boys and 2 soon to be step daughters. Ages 11,9,7, and 5. I have been over weight since I was a junior in high school and have finally decided that it is time to get serious and lose the 57 extra lbs. I have dieted in the past and have not stuck to a single thing I did. This time around I am determined that it will work.

Other Information:
I am secretly in love with Jason Lee. Love all kinds of music, friends and my kids!
