I am looking forward to make my 24th year on this planet an awesome one. Over the last couple of years I have lost weight (was 50lbs, now 35, they creep back on), and I am looking to continue my weight loss with new ideas, healthy food choices, and get the motivation to get onto a regular workout routine. It's hard for me to get into a regular routine because I am always on the road, but I am hoping to overcome that challenge and meet some of my goals, if not all, in 2008.

My Goals:
To fit into a smaller size when I get my new work uniform.

My Program:
I've never counted calories directly before, but am hoping it works (of course it will *wink*). Also plan to get more active, even if it is just small steps.

Personal Information:
I am from central Canada, but now live in Alberta. My job takes me all over the place. I love to travel, scrapbook, take pictures, be with friends, and am trying so hard to get into a regular workout routine.

Thank you for dropping by my Spark Page. It was a especially kind of you to notice my efforts thus far! I wanted to visit your page as well, and found such a gorgeous picture of you! You are truly lovely! I want to give you a high-five for not waiting until your weight got completely out of control before taking charge. That's impressive!

I find that I am truly more motivated by SP. I seem to hold myself more accountable for exercising than I did when I was going it alone.

Hey have you tried to get into the Danger Dogs team with all the emails or sparkmails? I keep sending the invites. Also if you want you can just send me a sparkmail of your weight to keep you in the team until we can officially get you in. Just let me know whats going on ok?
