I'm glad you got that cyst removed. I'll be praying that it won't be hurting you, and that you'll be able to swim again soon! Stephen can get the guitar. I gave my friends' your house number, so if they call, just give them Stephen's phone number! I'm so glad Stephen got a job! Yeah!! Have fun working on Matt's Senior Pep Rally Skit!! What are you guys doing for it this year?? Don't forget to have someone video the pep rally for me!!

Hey Mom!! I hope you're doing well!! We got the package from you! Thanks for all the spices and drink mixes!! They're being put to good use! I used the cinnamon with some honey on bread for breakfast yesterday for a nice change, and made a pot of chili for lunch today using some of the chili spice mix! If you could include some Airborne (immune system help) in the next box that comes, that would be great! We have friends from The Village that are coming next Monday for 2 weeks, so it will be good to see familiar faces! I'm hoping I can talk one of them into bringing me some tortillas! Lol! Love you!

What were you still doing at work at 9pm? Lol! The diet's going pretty good... I'm not too hungry anymore... not really after day 3. This weekend, I didn't stick to it since I was so stressed taking care of Sam, but I still stayed under 1000 calories on those days. Last Monday I was at 192, and today I'm at 184.5.... but I did get as low as 183.5 before the weekend!

I'm not doing much exercise, just a lot of time spent packing!
