Ready to get Fit

Okay! SparkPeople: Take 2! I did this about 2 years ago to get into healthy eating habits. It worked and it felt great!

In March '09 I got pregnant and gained 20 pounds, but was lucky enough to lose it all again after the baby came in December '09. Unfortunately, my tummy didn't get the message and 9 weeks later, it's still kind of flabby looking.

When I got pregnant I was 153 (I think), so not in my best shape, but better than I had been. I'm now back to 153/154, but ...

When I got pregnant I was 153 (I think), so not in my best shape, but better than I had been. I'm now back to 153/154, but want to tighten my tummy, get back into shape, and drop some pounds to eventually reach my ideal weight of 135 - after all, I now have a baby to lug around (and soon to chase around!).

I'm ready to get Sparking!

Starting at 153/154 lbs.

Weight Goals: Lose 2-3 pounds per month until goal of at least 140 is reached (although 135 is ideal).

Goal end date: December 1, 2010




My Program:
Cardio: 7 days/week @ 10-20 mins/day.

Strength Training: 5 days/week @ 30 mins/day

Drink MORE water!
No more soda!
