I thought this site might offer some support. I have lost weight in the past only to put the weight back on I need to do this permanently. 40 is just around the corner plus I want to be healthy. I need motivation to exercise and eat healthier.

My Goals:
My goal is to not have to buy new clothes for the wrong reason.
My Program:
treadmill 3-4 xs a week nordic track 1-2x week aerobics dvd 1-2x week I rotate these programs and usually exercise 3-4x week for at least 30 minutes.
Personal Information:
I am 39 years old and a few years ago I lost 35 lbs but slowly the weight was put back on! I hate when my clothes feel to tight... I need to get serious again and live a healthier life style! I work part time and am on my feet all day so I am tired when I get home. My weakest time is eating before going to bed. I know thats my down fall and If I can stop that losing weight will be easier.
