I'm starting this journey over for the 4th (and what i hope to be the last) time. I've been living with chronic foot, knee, hip and back pain for the past 2 yrs. I have 2 choices. I can either load myself up on pain killers all day, everyday or I can lose the weight. I choose to lose the weight.
