My Goals:
Current Weight: 152 lbs.

SW: 152 lbs.
GW #1: 144 lbs. (-5% body weight)
GW #2: 139 lbs.
GW #3: 135 lbs.
GW #4: 132 lbs.
GW #5: 130 lbs.
Ultimate Goal Weight is to maintain between 125 and 135. I'll know the exact number when I hit it.

Fitness goals:
- Run a 5K
- Workout 6 days a week in some form

My Program:
Fitness:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Couch to 5K program

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday/Sunday: Bike or elliptical, squats

One day of rest each week.

Diet:
3 meals w/ 2 snacks each day

1200 calories (or so) each day

No soda or sugary drinks

Low calorie options for snacks and desserts
