Exercise: Although I like to change up my routine, this is my current program. Weight Training - 5 days a week Days 1, 3 & 5- Upper, Core & Lower Day 2 & 4- Core Cardio - 5 days a week
Personal Information:
First let me say that the last 5 years have been the best of my life! Despite every obstacle, and excuse, I've achieved and overcome it all. -------------------------------------- --- Prior to the last 5 years, I was inactive so after 2 kids I was not only out-of-shape but humongous. After much procrastination and wallowing in self-pity, I finally made the decision to not just lose weight but be strong- I reached a point where I didn't want to be 'weak' anymore. ----------------------------------- That's my story - I haven't looked back since. :)
Other Information:
I don't know if it was one specific event or person that entered my life, but I know that when I made the decision, I became by biggest Ally and Motivator. I love me! I feel that I will continue to love me because 'I did it' FOR ME - :)
