My goals right now are to keep exercising consistently and to eat more vegetables and less sugar!
I am walking every day, focusing on natural foods. I plan to eat oatmeal 4 mornings a week and eggs 3 mornings a week. The rest of the day will be meat and vegetables. And I'm going to drink at least 64 oz of water each day, throughout the day.
