Working on Me

I was on a weight loss journey starting in August of 2011 and lost over 70 pounds. However, then life happened, and i gained all my weight back plus a few more pounds.

I struggle with depression and anxiety almost on a daily basis. Im on new medicine, and its helping and now its time to concentrate on me! I gave up myself for the longest time and let food be my comfort, well I am done with that and I refuse to let myself go anymore!

2015 will be my year and I will do everything I can to get healthy one step at a time. I will start with small steps and work my way back to where I was!
