My Goals:
I want to be a healthier person and lose about 40 pounds or so.

My Program:
I keep a close eye on calories but never deprive myself of having something I really want. If I eat something, I write it down and enter the information into SparkPeople at the end of the day to see how I have done. If I have gone over I make sure I do not beat myself up about it. Also, I allow myself one day a week, usually Sunday, where I allow myself extra stuff. This is my treat day for doing well all week. This does not mean that I pig out!

Personal Information:
I am a wife of 17 years and a mother of 2 teens. I work full time as an office manager at a home improvement company. I am a co-leader for my daughters Girl Scout Troop.

Hi, MEL4ME!! Just wanted to stop by and say Hi and Welcome!! I posted after your post on LL as well. I see you are a co-leader for a GS troop, that is so Great!! GS was such a positive impact on my life, I was in GS till I graduated from High School!
I live off Dixie highway as well, let me know where the waterfall/trails are that you were speaking about. Have a great day!!
