One Step At a Time
I love tennis and try to play as many times a week as I can. I'm trying to learn how to run, but I'm not very good at it, so I'm not very consistent. Planning to start the SP5K Training! My goal is to lose weight and create a healthier and much happier me! UPDATE - At the end of BLC17, I've lost 16 pounds. :-) YAY!! I'd still like to lose another 20 - 25 pounds, but I am super stoked about what I've done so far. All my clothes are too big. :-) Awesome ...

My Program:
Only eat 1/2 of anything! Eliminate snacking. Exercise at least 30 minutes every day.

I LOVE tennis!!
