Hi everyone, first of all I am a Dance and Communications major at the University of Washington here in Seattle. I want to lose weight to feel better about myself and want to be able to do more with dance. Also, I want a healthier lifestyle. Hi everyone, first of all I am a Dance and Communications major at the University of Washington here in Seattle. I want to lose weight to feel better about myself and want to be able to do more with dance. Also, I want a healthier lifestyle. Like most 20-somethings I drink too much and live my life on the go..including lots of coffee and sugar filled snacks. I used to be in the Navy and am originally from Cincinnati, OH. I usually go home twice a year for summer and christmas and would like to find some people there on here too. So far, I have to lose 47 pounds in order to get to my goal weight. It will be a lot of hard work for me, I love carbs and ice cream but I am doing my best to stay focused. Right now, my mood has not been allowing me to exercise as much and eat the right way so I am really in need of motivation. Anyway, hope to see you on here.

My Goals:
Lose 25 pounds in 6 months

Improve dance technique

Stretch everday

8 cups of water a day

Work out in the mornings so I won't have to worry about it later in the day

Improve flexibility with yoga, gyrokinesis, and pilates

Continue to eat healthy

My Program:
Dance class 5 days a week

Cardio 3 times a week: walking, jogging, or biking

Strength training 4 times a week

Yoga 2 times a week

Stretching everyday
