Restarting my Healthy Lifestyle

About 3 years ago I decided to change my life. I was weighing in at 260lbs, and having a hard time doing ANYTHING. I decided to set a goal of losing 100lbs, and I managed to lose 80 of that 100lbs. Then a few things disrupted my life and I didn't handle the stress too well. I have gained 45lbs back and I am now ready to lose what I gained back, and FINALLY reach my weightloss goals.

I would like to lose 63lbs, but I am trying to have a healthy lifestyle so I am trying to make a few small changes that I can stick with.

My Program:
I am tracking what I eat daily, blogging weekly (at least), and am starting to excercise at least 3days a week (cardio) and as I progress I will add in additional days

Your Welcome! I have never used a site like this for weight loss motivation, but I love FB so I thought I'd give it a try... and I love it. It's a constant reminder that I am not alone with my "issues" andit keeps me connected to the rest of you that are going through the same struggles and making great strides.j
