On my way

I have been struggling with "my perfect weight " all my life. Tried all you can think of, but never would stick to it.
I never would educate myself about nutrition until now and this is the difference I am making this time.
I am feeling great, i get excited for my meals and can not wait to track and see what nutrients each type of food contains. This experience has broadened my choices in food. Also recently I started running and even though I don't like, I am pushing myself past ...

Also recently I started running and even though I don't like, I am pushing myself past this level as it will help me to get to one of my goals...running 10k.
