A new year, time to reinvigorate.
I'm Yvonne a baby boomer. I have two children and 6 grandchildren and now with my husband, we take care of my 91yrs young mother. I have in the process over the years, some how lost track of me! The calendar has changed and it's a new year. This always seems to be a good time to rethink life goals and ways to achieve them. I am starting with a schedule that will take care of me phyically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. It seems like a lot, but really means little changes week by ...

The calendar has changed and it's a new year. This always seems to be a good time to rethink life goals and ways to achieve them. I am starting with a schedule that will take care of me phyically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. It seems like a lot, but really means little changes week by week. Then reevaluate monthy to reach my short range goals of 6months. So off I go for 2010!

My Goals:
To ride my bike with my grands. Buy clothes in a size without an x. Sit in any seat with room to spare. In other words feel good about myself again. To concentrate on progress, not perfection!
My Program:
A Mediterranean lowfat style diet.
As of 1/1/12 walking 10 mins 3x a wk. chair cycle 10 mins 3x a wk. To get me started moving again!
Personal Information:
I have 6 Grandchildren, 3 to 20 yrs. old. I had the energy for the first 4 grands , now I need a boost for the 2 youngest, 3 and 5 yrs old. I also have a 93 1.2 yrs young mother that lives with me and my DH.
Other Information:
Love the classics: music, TV, Books like Jane Austin's. But also have lots of room for a variety. I'm mostly eclectic in decor and conservative in fashion.
