Goal: 190 lbs

"Fallen off the wagon" more times than I can count. This is one of them. I had been losing, down to 330, but now I'm back up to 355. I'm setting new goals and trying to get it right this time. I've realized that my success in eating is directly tied to how much I'm exercising. As soon as I stop exercising, I start eating badly. Now, I'm determined to go back to a daily exercise regimen. Here we go...

- Third goal - Get under 300 for the first time since college

My Program:
- Exercise five days a week, at least 30 minutes

- Stay between 1700 and 1900 calories per day

If you need any kind of help at all, setting up exercises, learning about nutrition etc let me know! I've been helping my cousin, who was nearly 400 pounds, to start and continue his journey to health, so if you need anything, just ask!
