The Healthiest Me

I'm 18 and have been into health and fitness for a while. It's been a long road, and I haven't yet reached where I want to be. But all my successes and failures have taught me valuable lessons about my life.

I'm in the process of starting over with The Spark. I just ended my fast break week, and will be heading onward with the next three weeks. I also bought a 21-day Healthy Living journal, which should help me stay organized after the four-week program is over.

Basically, I'm looking for any and every way to keep myself motivated. I'm not healthy, but I'm still young, and I have time to change. I want to be completely into a healthy lifestyle by the time I have a family (which is pretty far off!!) so that I make sure the next generation has a healthy foundation to spring off of.

Anyway, I love this community, and I plan on sticking around this time. I'm hoping I can get my dad involved, too, and help my sister embrace herself. Spreading the spark is definitely more important to me than it was the last time I was on this site.

Hey Chica! Just realized it's been a bit since you last blogged or since I heard from ya! How's life going? Nice work with the ZWOD! Your time was KILLER! Better than mine, that's for sure! =D Great job!!!! Isn't it awesome having Zuzka back?! I just loved watching her struggle a bit.. makes her so REAL =] Even though, lets face it, if I took a break that long I would NOT look that good nor have that kind of strength! She's such an inspiration! =]

Haha just read the comment you left on my page too! You ARE doing awesome! And really, great successes are the sum of LOADS of small efforts! (I read a quote somewhere like that and it's SO TRUE!) all those baby steps are what gets you there! so keep doing what you're doing! =]

As far as time of the day I workout, usually I workout mid day while my son naps or after my son doesn't go down for a nap LOL! The later of the two has been the case lately, so he's been doing a lot of working out with me or watching a show while I workout haha! But a part of me kind of likes the idea of getting my workouts in earlier and getting my day started with bodyrock! Then I have the rest of my day open for whatever =p we'll see! No harm in switching it up =]
