my goals are to create a healthier lifestyle. I am setting a bad example for my daughter. I need o correct it now.
Eating fresh foods, a balaced diet and keeping my calorie intake for each day under 1700. I am also doing cardio excercise 6 days a week for at least 30 mins. I am using excercise tv on demand for my workouts. So far my favorite is Walking for Weightloss. I am trying to incorporate strength traing too but have only been doing that maybe once or twice a week. It doesn't feel as good so I am having a harder time doing it.
I am a 34 year old single mom from Grapevine Texas. I realized what I was doing to myself this year by stacking on the pounds. My mother is dying from diabeties. Seriously, it CAN kill you. Therfore, I a a canadate for it as well. I do not want to live like that, so I need to make the changes now.
