my goals are to create a healthier lifestyle. I am setting a bad example for my daughter. I need o correct it now.
Eating fresh foods, a balaced diet and keeping my calorie intake for each day under 1700. I am also doing cardio excercise 6 days a week for at least 30 mins. I am using excercise tv on demand for my workouts. So far my favorite is Walking for Weightloss. I am trying to incorporate strength traing too but have only been doing that maybe once or twice a week. It doesn't feel as good so I am having a harder time doing it.
I am a 34 year old single mom from Grapevine Texas. I realized what I was doing to myself this year by stacking on the pounds. My mother is dying from diabeties. Seriously, it CAN kill you. Therfore, I a a canadate for it as well. I do not want to live like that, so I need to make the changes now.

Hi! Just stopping by! Thanks for checking out my blog. Yes, Jillian is mean, but she's also very kind hearted and helps the "client" figure out the underlying issues behind their weight. I love Jillian! If I were to choose a trainer, I'd choose her because she's so motivating. I haven't seen her new show though... I should totally check into that. :)
