It's the start of a new year, and time to get busy on those annual weight loss goals. The first challenge is going to be for Valentines Day emoticon . Let's get started on our 50 pound weight loss challenge.

emoticon . Drink 10 glasses of water daily emoticon emoticon .
emoticon . Get 10 minutes of fitness in 5 times a day emoticon emoticon .
emoticon . Track everything you do emoticon emoticon .
emoticon . Buddy up. Tag 10 50 in 6 Members today. emoticon .

Remind your team members of weight loss goals.
Remind your team members to log on daily.
Remind your team members that there is a 10 pound challenge going on, and they can do it.

Depression Sucks!!! I hate it when it creeps up on you. Keep your head strong and just try your best to work through it. You can always chat with me if you like as I to suffer from depression. Hope you have a fantastic day

Just stopping by to see how you have been doing. I finally got back up to my 2 hrs of curves a day. Woohoo!! Now maybe I can loss more weight each week. I keep only get .6 or .8 on the scale the last few weeks. I hate plateaus but I'll work thorough it. Will Hope to hear from you soon and that you have one awesome week. emoticon
